Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented CAD Designer with around 2 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, layouts, and design plans for surface installations and fabrication projects across different types of properties.

Shift Timing: UK Shift (1:00 PM 10:00 PM IST) Monday to Friday

CAD Designer duties and responsibilities

Create 2D technical drawings and layouts based on project specifications.
Prepare detailed design plans for surface installations such as countertops, worktops, and similar structures.
Modify and update drawings based on design revisions and project feedback.
Ensure all drawings are accurate, properly scaled, and meet project specifications.
Maintain drawing documentation and version control.
Coordinate with internal teams and project stakeholders to understand design requirements.
Assist with design revisions and project documentation when required.

CAD Designer requirements and qualifications

Strong understanding of CAD drafting and technical drawing standards.
Ability to create precise layouts, dimensions, and scaled drawings.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
Ability to work in UK shift timing (1 PM 10 PM IST).
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Architecture / Drafting / Design or related field.
1 3 years of experience in CAD drafting or technical design.

Preferred

Experience in interior fit-outs, fabrication drawings, or surface installation projects.
Exposure to design software used for technical drafting is an advantage.
