Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Review of financial statements with detailed variance analysis & ratios, revenue/ expense trends. Build strong understanding on each aspect of financials, check proper account mappings classification & disclosures.
- Analyse Management fees yield impact more deeply by discussing with business operations team.
- Co-ordinate with Statutory & internal auditors and resolution of audit queries and ensure no major observations which impact financial statements.
- Identify areas of automation in Accounts vertical and ensure there is efficiency in operations, identify process gaps in operations and automate or improve processes whereby manual intervention is reduced and efficiency can be improved upon with accuracy.
- Update Risk control matrix of key activities and ensure testing is performed periodically
- Operations end-to end process with accounting, understanding gaps and fix by implementing better controls for data accuracy & postings. Sign off various SLA with them and accordingly monitor their data.
- Assess TER impact analysis on management fees with splitting TER components for funds with significant AUM.
- Perform yield analysis to check on product yield at each MF, PMS, AIF fund category level o Monthly reading SEBI and other regulatory guidelines and to discuss with management for change if any impacting business, revenue, accounting and compliance
Candidate profile
Chartered Accountant
Experience: Sept 2025 and Jan 2026 Passed out
