Role & responsibilities

Hiring | AM / Manager Business Operations & CBO Office

Manba Finance Ltd. is looking for a business-oriented professional to work closely with the Chief Business Officer (CBO) and drive business MIS, performance monitoring, Trade Advance operations, sales governance, incentive management, OEM coordination, and cross-functional business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyse business MIS, dashboards and performance reports for senior management
• Monitor Trade Advance portfolio and daily dealer-level transactions
• Track sales targets, productivity, Non-Starters and PDD pendency
• Manage CSE/RM incentive validation and payout-related coordination
• Coordinate scheme approvals, dealer codes and business requirements
• Support OEM tie-ups, agreements, documentation and subvention-related activities
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Credit, HR, IT, Legal and external partners
• Prepare business review reports, MoMs and track action items to closure
• Support the CBO on key business initiatives and strategic projects

Ideal Candidate:
• 58 years of experience in Business Operations / Sales Operations / Business MIS / Business Strategy / PMO
• Experience in NBFC, Banking, Auto Finance or Financial Services preferred
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; Power BI exposure preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong ownership, follow-up and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working directly with senior leadership
