Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

1. Strategic Business Partnering

Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational structure, and talent management.
Support leadership in building high-performing and stable teams.

2. Talent Management & Workforce Planning:

Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure quality hiring aligned with competency requirements.
Define and implement competency frameworks and hiring matrices for different roles.
Support succession planning and internal talent development.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture:

Promote and strengthen the organizational culture and values within the teams.
Drive initiatives that improve employee engagement, collaboration, and retention.
Act as a bridge between employees and leadership.

4. Performance Management:

Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes.
Work with managers to address performance improvement and development plans.

5. Employee Relations:

Address employee concerns and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Support conflict resolution and maintain healthy workplace relationships.

Key Skills Required:

Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
Knowledge of HR analytics and workforce planning
Ability to manage organizational change and people development

Strong understanding of organizational culture and employee engagement strategies

10-15 years of experience in HR Business Partner / HR Generalist roles.

Qualification:

Any graduate or post graduate MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
