Job Description

We are hiring business head who will be responsible for driving sales, expansion,& growth for their respective verticals (interior design, fashion design, VFX/animation). Their primary task would be achieving sales targets, ensuring profitability for their vertical, & setting up processes that are growth oriented. They should be able to set up quotas & goals, create sales plans, & collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation. Required skills Proven work experience as business head / business development manager/sales manager Excellent organizational and leadership skills with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems Growth-oriented & result-driven mindset Job responsibilities Driving lead generation and sales in the respective verticals. Meeting planned sales targets & goals Tracking sales goals, reporting, & analyzing sales performance Developing sales strategies based on in-depth market research & domain knowledge Promoting organization brand, product, & deliverables
