Business Development Officer (Home Care / Elder Care Services)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to expand our home care/elder care services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth Sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the elder care/home care industry.
Generate leads and convert them into clients through strategic sales efforts.
Build partnerships with hospitals, doctors, nursing homes, and community organizations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
Meet with families and caregivers to understand their needs and offer suitable home care solutions.
Develop strong relationships with potential clients and referral sources.
Maintain excellent customer service and follow up on client satisfaction.
3. Marketing Networking
Promote home care services through events, seminars, and digital marketing.
Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, social media promotions, and branding.
Attend health fairs, community events, and networking meetings to generate awareness.
4. Market Research Strategy
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Provide insights to improve service offerings and pricing strategies.
Work with management to develop growth strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or healthcare services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of elder care, home healthcare, or medical services is a plus.
Ability to work independently and drive results.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
