Business Development Manager - Print Media Sales

Location: Mumbai | Experience: 2+ Years

Skyline Advertisers, an INS-accredited advertising agency, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in our newspaper advertising division. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, presenting advertising solutions, and closing deals with clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients for newspaper ad placements
Present rate cards, release schedules, and suitable advertising options
Coordinate with media partners for accurate and timely ad placement
Advise clients on ad formats, positioning, and regulatory requirements
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking and outreach
Prepare and pitch proposals and client presentations
Thoroughly Maintain CRM records and prepare regular performance reports
Represent the company at industry events
Meet assigned revenue targets
Track industry trends, emerging opportunities and competitor activity

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in media (print, radio, or magazines)
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
