Job Location: Mumbai, Nagpur, Goa, Ahmedabad & Hyderabad

Gender: Male

Experience: 6-8 years in Sales, BD, and Relationship Management. Minimum 5 years in Hygiene Chemicals (preferred)

The BDM - Chemicals is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new institutional customers, and expanding the market presence of hygiene and cleaning chemical solutions. The role focuses on market development, lead generation, and strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.

Qualification (Minimum)

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Bio-technology, Environmental Science, Business, and Marketing.
• PG/MBA in Business Development or Sales and Marketing is preferred

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
• Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and sales tools.

Competencies Required

• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of success in Chemicals or related markets.
• Results-oriented and target-driven mindset.
• Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.
• Knowledge of the Chemicals market and a network of relevant contacts may be beneficial.
