Job Description
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER SALES – Air Freight
Experience: Minimum 4 years
JOB SCOPE
- Develop new business opportunities for Air Freight.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide competitive freight rates and close deals.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets through proactive client engagement.
- Generate and share weekly sales reports with management.
- Ensure seamless post-sales support and customer satisfaction.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in freight forwarding (Air).
- Strong background in sales, client handling, and rate negotiation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM tools.
- Ability to bring business to the company
- Target-driven, confident, and willing to travel.
- Bachelors in Logistics / Supply Chain / Business / International Trade preferred.
