Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support and execute both offline and digital marketing activities for a B2B manufacturing company. The role focuses on brand building, dealer engagement, exhibitions, product communication, and sales support, with digital marketing being a supporting function rather than the core role.
The candidate will work closely with sales, management, and product teams to strengthen market presence and improve customer and dealer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
1. Offline & Field Marketing
Plan and execute participation in trade exhibitions, industrial fairs, and conferences across India as well as outside India in the near future
Coordinate stall design, marketing collateral, samples, and logistics for exhibitions
¢ Manage dealer and distributor incentive programs (schemes, contests, rewards, communication)
¢ Support new product launches with brochures, samples, and launch plans
¢ Assist sales teams with customer visits, presentations, and demos when required
¢ Coordinate branding activities such as banners, posters, standees, and packaging communication

2. Product Portfolio & Marketing Communication
¢ Develop and maintain product portfolios, datasheets, brochures, and catalogs
¢ Prepare sales presentations (PPTs) for customers, dealers, and internal teams
¢ Ensure accurate and consistent technical and commercial product messaging
¢ Work with technical teams to convert product features into customer-friendly benefits
¢ Update marketing materials based on new products, improvements, or market feedback

3. Dealer & Channel Support
¢ Act as a marketing support point for dealers and distributors
¢ Help dealers with marketing tools, communication material, and scheme explanations
¢ Track dealer feedback and coordinate with sales and management for improvements
¢ Support onboarding of new dealers with marketing kits and presentations

4. Digital Marketing (Supporting Role)
¢ Manage and update company website content (products, brochures, news)
¢ Coordinate basic LinkedIn and other B2B-relevant digital platforms
¢ Support email campaigns, product announcements, and exhibition promotions
¢ Coordinate with external digital media marketing agency for SEO, creatives, or ads
¢ Track basic digital metrics and prepare summary reports

5. Market Intelligence & Reporting
¢ Collect and report market feedback, competitor activity, and pricing trends
¢ Support preparation of monthly marketing reports for management
¢ Track ROI for exhibitions, dealer schemes, and major campaigns

Required Skills
¢ Strong understanding of B2B / industrial marketing
¢ Excellent presentation and communication skills
¢ Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
¢ Ability to manage multiple vendors and timelines
¢ Willingness to travel for exhibitions and dealer visits
¢ Practical, execution-focused mindset (not only strategy)
