Job Overview:

We seek a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead the growth of our Visicooler sales within the FMCG segment
The successful candidate will be vital in expanding our market presence, driving sales initiatives, and building long-term relationships with retailers, distributors, and stakeholders
This role involves managing and increasing the visibility of our products by strategically placing Visicoolers at critical points of sale

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, analyze competitors, and shape sales strategies to increase Visi cooler visibility and customer acquisition.
Generate leads, acquire new clients, and build strong relationships with retailers, ensuring after-sales support, training, and customer retention.
Collaborate on promotional strategies, track sales metrics, and ensure timely deployment and operational efficiency of Visi coolers in assigned territories.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess market opportunities and trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to present a simplified manner.
