Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Scout and identify suitable locations within assigned areas for staff rest points
- Connect with landlords, shop owners, and commercial property holders
- Pitch and onboard partners who can provide space for short breaks and washroom access
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders
- Negotiate and close mutually beneficial agreements
- Ensure availability, accessibility, and usability of these spaces for staff
- Maintain records and regularly report progress on partnerships and locations
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in pitching and negotiation
- Comfortable with fieldwork and meeting new people daily
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
- Basic understanding of local areas and networking
- Should be okay with a 3 month Contract.
