Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, emails, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
Research prospective clients and identify key decision-makers.
Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM.
Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales cycle.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales collateral as required.
Coordinate with marketing, product, and pre-sales teams to support customer engagements.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments.
Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BMS, BE, MBA preferred).
Freshers or candidates with 0-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, Customer Success, or similar roles.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
Confident, articulate, and comfortable interacting with senior professionals.
Quick learner with the ability to understand new technologies and business concepts.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
