- Identify and engage prospective clients across industries.
- Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, referrals, cold outreach and industry events.
- Build and nurture a strong sales pipeline.
Collaborate.
- Partner with Creative and Client Servicing teams to develop impactful pitches and proposals.
- Understand client challenges and recommend tailored marketing solutions.
- Conduct presentations and client meetings.
Conquer.
- Convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- Achieve business development and revenue targets.
- Manage CRM, sales reports and stay ahead of market trends.
What Will You Have In Your Arsenal?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or related field.
- 2+ years of business development experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and networking skills.
- Experience in client pitching, lead generation and CRM tools.
