Job Description
Location: Chembur, Mumbai
Industry: Architecture & Interior Design
Work Timings:
10:00 AM 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday; 2nd & 4th Saturdays Off)
This client is a leading name in the field of Architecture and Interior Design. We specialise in creating innovative, functional, and aesthetic spaces for a wide range of clients, including luxury residences, commercial offices, and high-end retail environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and connect with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), CXOs, Heads of Administration, and Facility Managers.
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce the company and schedule client meetings.
Client Meetings & Presentations
- Visit client locations to present our design services and project portfolio.
- Understand client needs and tailor pitches accordingly.
Proposal Management
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely follow-up and revisions.
Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Grooming / Neat and Presentable.
