About the Role
Were looking for a confident, high-energy Business Development Executive who can also handle customer support. You’ll be the first point of contact for businesses and help them understand, buy, and use our WhatsApp API solution.
If you love talking to people, can sell with conviction, and enjoy solving customer problems, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development / Sales
- Identify and reach out to businesses who can benefit from WhatsApp API
- Do outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email outreach to generate leads
- Pitch our product, run demos, and close deals
- Meet monthly targets for customer acquisition and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Customer Support / Success
- Onboard new customers and guide them through WhatsApp API setup
- Handle customer queries, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure smooth adoption
- Collect feedback and work with the tech team to improve experience
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent spoken English - clear, confident, and persuasive communication is a must
- 0-3 years experience in Sales, BD, or Customer Support. SaaS/Tech sales is a plus
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and hitting targets
- Basic understanding of SaaS products is preferred. We’ll train you on WhatsApp API
- Self-starter, resilient, and target-driven personality
- Graduate in any field
Good to Have
- Prior experience selling tech products, APIs, or digital solutions
- Knowledge of CRM tools
