Job Description

Sales / Business Development (Manager/Sr. Manager) Digital Solutions Chennai & Mumbai | 15+ yrs exp | Up to 25 LPA(Open for right candidate)

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven track record in consultative selling to enterprise clients
Experience handling 7 to 8 Cr top line business
Strong expertise in sales strategy, client relationship management, and crossfunctional collaboration
Ability to build and motivate a highperforming sales team

Preferred exposure to BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail & Pharma verticals

Role Overview: Drive revenue growth across Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Analytics, Automation, Application Development, and Staff Augmentation services. Lead sales strategy, client engagement, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities across industry verticals.
Build strong client relationships, deliver tailored solutions.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with technical & marketing teams for seamless delivery.

Qualifications:

8+ years in technology solution sales (ECM, Analytics, Automation, App Dev, Staff Augmentation).
Experience handling 7 to 8Cr topline business.
Strong consultative selling, communication & negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce).
MBA preferred; willingness to travel.

Preferred: Exposure to BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail & Pharma sectors; strong industry network.
