Business Analyst - RPA & AI

Description:

We are seeking a Business Analyst for RPA. AI Automation, Robotics Process Automation and Low Code Solutions.

The role involves identifying automation opportunities, gathering requirements and ensuring successful delivery of AI & Process Automation solutions that align with business objectives.

Location: Mumbai (Work from office)

Key Requirements:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis :

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Document current business processes (As-Is) and define future state processes (To-Be).
• Conduct feasibility analysis for automation initiatives

Process Documentation :

• Create detailed Business Requirement Document, understand process inefficiencies, and potential business benefits
• Create detailed Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications, Process Design Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and other artifacts.
• Map workflows, decision points, and exception handling scenarios.

Solution Development and Validation :

• Work with the development team to develop the solution based on PDD
• Support development teams during build and testing phases.
• Validate automated processes against business requirements.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure sign-off.

Continuous Improvement :

• Identify opportunities for process optimization beyond automation.
• Contribute to AI & RPA governance, standards, and best practices.

Skills & Competencies :

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in AI & RPA projects.
• Hands on project experience of Power Automate RPA tool
• Experience of full lifecycle projects with Power Platform technologies such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, Power BI
• Experience in Python and Python AI models
• Define measurable KPI success criteria for the project
• Excellent documentation and process mapping skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data analysis is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience to Intelligent Automation (OCR, AI/ML integration).
