Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements gathering and documentation.
Process mapping and re-engineering.
Operational efficiency improvement initiatives.
Support regulatory and platform migration programs.
Engage with business, operations, and technology teams global.
BA with C&I experience who has managed comms for large programs.
Engaging stakeholders global and regional, wider program team.
Strong BA skills with global/regional stakeholder engagement experience.
Experience with operations, regulatory programs, platform roll outs.
From an ops standpoint, tooling toward process mapping, improvisation from process ops perspective mandatory,
Experience required in global banking clients.

Preferred skills set:

Cards Operations.
Regulatory Programs.
Platform Rollout Experience.
Process Mapping.
Process Improvement/Re-engineering.
BA Deliverables (BRD, FRD, User Stories).

Preferred certification:

Lean Six Sigma.
