Profile:Customer Support - Tata CFAB Inbound Process
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls and resolve queries
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers
- Maintain quality standards while handling customer interactions
- Follow company guidelines and processes
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
Eligibility:
- Graduate Freshers can apply
- Good English communication skills required
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Salary:
- 16,000 in hand
- 18,000 for Linguistic Candidates
Shift Timing:
- 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Any 9-hour shift)
Week Off:
- Rotational Week Off
