Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Activation Executive with experience in BTL marketing, on-ground activations, and field promotions. The candidate will be responsible for organizing health camps, executing local marketing campaigns, and building partnerships with chemists, housing societies, corporates, and NGOs.

Key Responsibilities

Field Activations & Camp Setup:

Meet housing societies, corporates, NGOs, and community groups to obtain permission for health camps / promotional camps.
Plan and execute on-ground marketing activations to increase brand visibility.

Promotional Activities:

Distribute promotional materials and leaflets in high footfall locations.
Coordinate with vendors for newspaper/paper insertions and leaflet distribution campaigns.

Chemist & Medical Store Engagement:

Visit chemists / pharmacies / medical stores for partnership activities:

Placement of medicine pouches
Branding & co-branding activities
Display of posters, banners, visiting cards, promotional material

Vendor & Execution Management:

Align with activation vendors and printing vendors for campaign execution.
Monitor on-ground campaign execution and ensure brand visibility.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Monthly target vs number of camps organized
Number of chemists visited and converted
Execution of branding activities at medical outlets

Candidate Profile:

Experience in Field Marketing / BTL Activations / On-ground Promotions
Experience working with Pharma, Healthcare, Diagnostics, FMCG promotions preferred
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with extensive field work
Ability to manage vendors and promotional campaigns
