- Building Team of Sales Managers
- Nurturing young talent and moulding them as an Insurance Professional.
- Coaching team to build agent base.
- Sourcing the right business as per Kotak Business Standard
- Owner of Branch topline bottomline
- Collaborate with other functions and drive seamless operations
Eligible Profile
- Graduate with 10 years of experience in Insurance
( Certification from III would be an additional advantage)
- Able to manage a team of 8 to 10 sales manages
- Understand Agency model well
- Stable profile with proven track record
- Domain expert and able to take strategic business decision
- Profile with men management exposure is a first choice.
- Senior Sales Manager with proven record can be considered
