Job Description
- Attend site breakdowns and complaint calls for BMS-related issues
- Troubleshoot controllers, sensors, actuators, and communication faults
- Inspect field wiring, panel connections, and network communication
- Maintain HVAC integrations including AHU, FCU, chillers, pumps, and ventilation systems
- Verify communication protocols such as BACnet and Modbus
- Perform preventive maintenance under AMC contracts
- Replace faulty devices and carry out calibration
- Take system backups and update controller programs when required
- Coordinate with client facility teams and OEM support
- Prepare daily service and visit reports
- Visit multiple client sites as per the service schedule
- Inspect BMS panels and field devices
- Resolve alarms and communication failures
- Support shutdown activities when required
- Ensure minimum system downtime
- Knowledge of HVAC controls
- Electrical troubleshooting skills
- Basic networking knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret control schematics
- Experience handling BMS software from Honeywell, Siemens, or Schneider Electric
- Submit service reports after each visit
- Update pending issues and provide recommendations
