Job Title: BIM Modelers, Senior Modelers & BIM Coordinator (MEP, Arch/Str- Navi Mumbai).

Location: Navi Mumbai
Working Days: 6 Days (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Open Positions:

• Electrical Modeler 4 Openings (35 Years)
• Senior Electrical Modeler 4 Openings (4–8 Years)
• Mechanical Modeler – 4 Openings (3–5 Years)
• Senior Mechanical Modeler – 4 Openings (4–8 Years)
• Architecture/Structure Modeler – 4 Openings (3–5 Years)
• Senior Architecture/Structure Modeler – 4 Openings (4–8 Years)
• BIM Coordinator (ACS Background) – 2 Openings (Minimum 5+ Years)

Key Responsibilities:

For Modelers / Senior Modelers (All Disciplines):

• Develop accurate 3D BIM models using Revit for respective disciplines (Electrical, Mechanical, Architecture/Structure).
• Prepare detailed shop drawings, layouts, and coordination drawings.
• Participate in clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
• Ensure adherence to project standards, BIM protocols, and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and other disciplines for coordinated deliverables.

For Senior Modelers:

• Handle complex modeling tasks and guide junior modelers.
• Review models and drawings for accuracy and quality.
• Support coordination meetings and resolve clashes.

For BIM Coordinator (ACS Background):

• Lead BIM coordination activities across disciplines.
• Manage clash detection, reporting, and resolution using Navisworks.
• Ensure implementation of BIM standards and workflows.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
• Monitor model quality, progress, and deliverables.
• Must have strong experience in ACS (Advanced Cable Systems / ELV / ICT systems).

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Revit is mandatory for all roles.
• Working knowledge of Navisworks for coordination.
• Strong understanding of discipline-specific BIM workflows.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in large-scale projects (Data Centers preferred).
