Location: Nariman Point (Churchgate), Mumbai

Job Description:
We are hiring a Billing Executive with 2–3 years of experience in billing operations, preferably in the Chemical Trading industry. The candidate will handle end-to-end invoicing, GST compliance, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, debit/credit notes
- Manage GST, E-Invoicing & E-Way Bills
- Work on Spectrum Business Management ERP
- Reconcile billing discrepancies
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts & Logistics
- Support payment follow-ups and audits
Requirements:
- BCom or Commerce Graduate
- 2–3 years billing experience
- Strong GST & taxation knowledge
- ERP experience preferred
