Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, and prepare realistic execution schedules.
Monitor project progress as per schedules, conduct analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare, check, and certify contractor bills, based on technical drawings and measurements.
Verify site measurements jointly with contractors and site engineers, and communicate daily progress to management.
Track material consumption and reconcile material statements to ensure efficient usage and minimize waste.
Track actual costs against budgets and identify cost control opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, reports, and schedules.

Skill & Qualification:

Bachelors in Planning & Billing Engineering or relevant.
5-10 years at construction site.
Proficient in construction software & ERP.

Preferred:

Experience working in a fast-paced construction environment.
Immediate and early joiners are preferred.
