Position Summary

IPS Group is seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition - BFSI to join our esteemed team in Mumbai. This role is pivotal in driving our strategic objectives, offering a platform to showcase expertise in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in hiring for the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing high-quality candidates, and fulfilling hiring mandates across banking, NBFC, insurance, fintech, and financial services roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI positions across junior, mid, and senior levels
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, networking, references, and database searches
• Understand client/hiring manager requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
• Screen and shortlist candidates as per role fitment and business requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients
• Manage offer rollout, salary negotiation, and candidate onboarding coordination
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Ensure closure of positions within defined TAT
• Build a strong pipeline of BFSI talent for ongoing and future mandates
• Track market trends, competitor hiring, and salary benchmarks in the BFSI sector

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in BFSI hiring
• Strong understanding of BFSI roles and industry terminology
• Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms
• Excellent screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
