Job Description
*Hiring* : Sr. Beauty Advisor / Beauty Advisor
*Experience* - 1 year as Beauty Advisor
*Location* : Delhi / Mymbai / Ahmdabad
*Key Responsibilities:*
Achieve and maximize store sales targets
Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers
Recommend suitable skincare and haircare products based on customer needs
Explain product benefits, ingredients, and usage
Demonstrate how to use beauty products effectively
Maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups
Perform cross-selling and upselling of products such as serums, lotions, and hair care items
Ensure proper product display and store presentation
Manage stock replenishment and inventory
Inform customers about prices, offers, and promotions
Maintain reports of returned or damaged products
*Skills Required:*
Good communication and customer service skills
Interest in beauty, skincare, and haircare products
Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive retail environment
*Qualification:*
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
