Job Description
- Beauty Advisor (Payroll: CIEL HR)
- Industry: Beauty & Cosmetics Retail

- Age Limit: Up to 35 years (for Shoppers Stop & Lifestyle stores)
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage customers, understand their beauty needs, and recommend suitable Company products.
- Demonstrate products, assist with shade matching, and provide quick makeup trials when required.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while promoting key products and new launches.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and educate customers about Company Beauty products and ingredients.
- Ensure the counter is clean, organized, and displayed as per brand guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels, maintain testers, and share daily sales updates with the reporting manager.
- Follow brand SOPs, store policies, and hygiene standards during customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass
- 13 years experience in beauty, cosmetics, or retail sales
- Good communication skills
- Presentable personality
- Passion for beauty and customer service
- Experience in Beauty Industry preferred
Work Shifts:
(Managed by retail partner store managers)
- 1st Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Mid Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Week Off:
- One weekday between Monday – Thursday
- No weekend offs
