Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team at Talent Trace Consultancy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bartending and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and mocktails.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and restocked.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with new products and promotions, making recommendations to customers.
Participate in inventory management, ordering supplies and managing stock levels.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or culinary arts preferred.
