Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparation of breads, crackers, nut butters, plant-based cheeses, and other whole-food products.
Execute recipes with precision to ensure taste, consistency, and quality.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, nutrition, and food safety in daily kitchen activities.
Operate roasting, grinding, mixing, baking, and packaging processes efficiently.
Collaborate with Head Chef/Manager to meet daily and weekly production goals.
Suggest improvements or creative ideas for new plant-based products.

Mandatory Skills

Knowledge of plant-based ingredients including the making procedure of Cheese and Butter.
Basic bakery and cooking techniques with an understanding of portioning and measurement.
Attention to detail and consistency in execution.
Team player with creativity, adaptability, and dedication to artisanal food making.
Strong hygiene practices and awareness of kitchen safety.
