Job Description

Role: B2B Campaign Intern

Location: SBIFM Corporate Office
Duration: 3 to 6 months

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end execution of B2B marketing campaigns, including: Push notifications, Email campaigns, WhatsApp communications
• Support in template creation, listing, and understanding of platforms such as NV, Sinch, Power BI, etc
• Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Product, Compliance) for campaign requirements and approvals.
• Help with campaign scheduling and testing.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare basic report or tracking updates.
• Maintain documentation of campaign flows, templates, and performance metrics.
• Perform checks to ensure accuracy of communication before delivery.

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and communication channels.
• Understanding of mark tech platforms
• Basic Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work with cross functional teams.

Preferred Background

• Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Students pursuing MBA recent post graduates.
