We are Hiring for one of our client which is a fast-growing, Tech-Enabled Automotive Service Industry.

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Service Advisor (Automobile Industry) The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, coordinating vehicle servicing activities, ensuring timely delivery, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Attend walk-in customers and service inquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable service solutions.
• Prepare job cards and vehicle inspection reports.
• Coordinate with technicians and spare parts vendors for smooth workshop operations.
• Monitor vehicle repair progress and provide regular updates to customers.
• Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain service records, customer data, and workshop documentation.
• Handle customer queries and service-related concerns professionally.
• Generate customer feedback and reviews.
• Prepare basic operational reports and update workshop systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates must be from Mumbai Location

1+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in a Multi-Brand or OEM Workshop.
• Strong customer handling and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle servicing and repair processes.
• Experience in workshop operations and coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Internet Applications, and WhatsApp Business.
• Experience with workshop management software will be an added advantage.
