Job Description

Worked on Highrise residential buildings within Mumbai suburbs / city up to 70M or 23 floors.
Prepare GFC Drawings such as setting out plan, centre line plan, all floor plans, section, elevation, lift lobby staircase, kitchen, toilet, electrical layout, furniture layout, open footings, retaining walls raft, S.T.P., pump room & car pit, rainwater harvesting, piling etc.
Coordinate with Architectural team, Structural Consultants, MEP Consultant, site team etc.
Prepare area statements like MOFA carpet area, RERA carpet area, BUA etc.
Inspect work done as per approved GFC drawings.
Visit site for checking before casting of slabs and critical designs.
Explain project details to Execution team (Engineers) to ensure complete understanding of scope and drawings.
Numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents of projects.
