Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient operation of ATMs by performing daily checks on machines and reporting any issues promptly.
- Coordinate with vendors, branches, CIT agencies, and CAC teams for cash replenishment and issue resolution.
- Ensure there is no ATM tampering, skimming devices, or security threats.
- * Monitor CCTV, UPS, AC, lighting, signage, and surveillance systems.
- * Ensure ATM downtime issues are resolved within SLA timelines.
- * Submit visit reports and escalate operational issues immediately.
- * Attend ATM emergencies such as vandalism, fraud, fire, flood, installation, or replacement activities.
