Job Description

Managing Distribution Channels:
Overseeing the distribution network to ensure timely delivery of pharmaceutical products to wholesalers, distributors, and retailers.
Coordinating with regional distributors and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product flow.

Inventory Management:
Ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained at the warehouse and throughout the distribution network.
Monitoring the shelf life of products, ensuring that expired or near-expired products are removed from distribution.

Order Processing & Delivery Coordination:
Ensuring that orders from various clients are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinating with logistics and delivery teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensuring that all distribution practices comply with local and national regulations, including drug safety regulations.
Maintaining records related to shipments, orders, stock movement, and other distribution activities.

Vendor & Client Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining good relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and clients.
Addressing client concerns related to stock shortages, delivery issues, or product complaints.
Sales Support:
Working with the sales team to forecast demand and ensure the necessary stock levels are available.

Monitoring Market Trends:
Keeping an eye on market trends and demands to ensure the companys products are available where needed most.
Identifying and addressing any gaps or challenges in the distribution network.
