Role Overview

As an Associate, you are a key part of the outlet team responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting daily store operations, and helping ensure a smooth and profitable functioning of the caf/bakery outlet. Associates work under the guidance of Outlet Managers and Shift Leads.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
Guide customers on menu items and suggest products as needed.
Take, prepare, and serve customer orders accurately and promptly.
Handle billing and POS (Point of Sale) transactions correctly.
Ensure outlet cleanliness and hygiene (counters, seating areas, display cases).
Manage inventory basics assist with stock counting, receiving, and issuing materials as per SOP.
Resolve or escalate customer queries and complaints courteously.
Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality and service.

Skills & Competencies

Customer service orientation
Basic communication skills (English and local language)
Positive attitude, punctuality, teamwork
Ability to work under pressure during peak hours
Basic numeracy for billing/cash handling Role & responsibilities
