Associate - Revenue Assurance & Analytics

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Revenue Assurance Strategy to identify and prevent revenue leakage.
• Conduct control evaluations, gap analysis, and continuous process improvement across revenue functions.
• Prepare BRM decks with revenue insights and performance highlights.
• Analyze trends in lanes priced, orders booked, booking frequency, and trigger points, link findings to revenue and GP trends.
• Support CBS automation initiatives related to billing and Move Management processes.
• Coordinate with GMMS Pricing Team to validate enquiry tracker accuracy and identify missing revenue data.
• Map orders received with enquiry tracker to ensure revenue completeness.
• Perform periodic permanent storage audits and review rate charges, initiate revisions on due dates.
• Conduct rate revision working for storage shipments and communicate recommendations to HOD.
• Manage revenue performance dashboards, trackers, and projections (including unbilled calls and cost reviews).
• Ensure job numbers are updated against orders received in the Order Tracker.
• Handle Intercompany (Interco) billing reconciliation, raise invoices, and ensure revenue is booked as cost in corresponding entities.
• Oversee GMMS billing and update CBS with audit start and approval dates.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery and Billing teams to ensure files are billed within TAT.
• Prepare MIS within 48 hours of invoice generation and submit month-end MIS within 1 working day of closure.
• Allocate billing files to Finance team daily.
• Track Parsifal audit status and conduct weekly reviews of invoices submitted but not under audit.
• Review daily Parsifal queries for allocated RMCs; prepare ageing analysis of pending queries and present to Revenue Assurance team.
• Reconcile invoices not booked or approved in Parsifal on a weekly basis.
• Process Subrogation Claims, Price point, and Parsifal Audit Fee invoices for timely remittances.

Preferred candidate profile

• Exposure to Relocations, Logistics, Shipping, and allied sectors.
• 2 - 3 years of related experience in Finance & Accounts within the logistics or relocations industry.
