• Management/Engineering degree (MBA/B.E. / B.Tech in any discipline), technical foundation is essential
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
• Structured thinking and strong analytical ability, you break problems down systematically
• Collaborative by nature, comfortable working across teams with different priorities and perspectives
• High ownership mindset, you follow through, not just follow up
• Internship, project, or freelance experience with a tech product, SaaS platform, or startup
• Familiarity with product tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Notion, or similar
• Exposure to AI/ML, data labelling, or enterprise software concepts
• Experience conducting any form of market or competitive research, even academic
• Comfort with presenting, public speaking, or client-facing communication
