Primary KRA: External Member Training

• Serve as External Member on client ICs actively participating in inquiry proceedings as subject matter expert, supporting IC members and organizations with redressal process and ensuring procedural compliance under the POSH Act.

• Draft and review inquiry reports with rigour, sensitivity, and adherence to principles of natural justice.

• Conduct POSH awareness and IC trainings for client organisations across sectors and levels (employees, managers, IC members, leadership).

• Deliver training and facilitation across Equilibrios verticals as required.

• Assist senior associates and partners across the inquiry lifecycle.

• Analyse case data (with appropriate confidentiality protocols) to support research and compliance insights.

• Stay current on developments in POSH law, relevant High Court and Supreme Court judgments, and allied legislation.

Research Content

• Support preparation of presentations, case studies, case law summaries, and research briefs.

• Contribute to building and maintaining the firms knowledge bank

• Assist with content development for training programmes, e-learning modules, and firm publications.

Firm Support

• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams; communicate the nuances of your work clearly to non-specialists.

• Bring analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and a learning orientation to everything you do.

• Contribute to any other firm activities as required from time to time.

Qualifications

• LLB / LLM, or a postgraduate degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related mental health discipline.

• 1-4 years of experience in POSH as a trainer, External Member, legal professional, or counsellor.

• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Tamil / Marathi.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maturity.

• Comfort with public speaking and facilitation across levels and audiences.

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of translating complex information clearly.

• Drafting thorough, well-researched report with attention to detail.

• Self-driven with a genuine interest in gender equity, workplace safety, and the law-psychology interface.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with research and documentation tools.
