Role Summary

The Associate (Mediation) will support and strengthen Presolv360 s mediation and ODR initiatives. This role involves managing mediation cases, supporting mediators and users, contributing to research and thought leadership, and driving innovative projects in the ADR/ODR ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and develop a strong understanding of ADR and ODR concepts
Drive new projects related to mediation, ODR programs, trainings, and institutional collaborations
Research emerging mediation models and contribute to thought leadership initiatives
Administer and manage mediation cases on the Presolv360 platform
Support mediators and disputing parties through effective coordination and communication
Collaborate with leadership to design and execute innovative mediation programs
Gather feedback from users and mediators to suggest platform and process improvements
Build and maintain relationships with mediators, institutions, and ecosystem partners
Coordinate mediator empanelment, training, and engagement activities
Represent Presolv360 at external mediation events, forums, and dialogues

Skills & Qualifications

1 2 years of experience, preferably in ADR/ODR
LLB / LLM graduate
Strong drafting skills with excellent written and verbal communication
Advanced proficiency in MS Word or similar word-processing tools
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work independently
Passion for working with people and contributing to access to justice
