Associate Investment Banking - Derivatives Research 2+ Years Mumbai

Exciting opportunity for finance professionals with 2+ years of experience in financial research and capital markets analytics. The role offers exposure to investment banking benchmarking, forecasting, market intelligence, and strategic research projects for global financial institutions.

Location - Mumbai

Responsibilities -

1. Conduct industry and financial research to analyze and estimate revenue and headcount metrics for investment banks at a granular product level.
2. Develop market size estimates and benchmarking analyses for Global Markets and Investment Banking products.
3. Build relationships between macroeconomic indicators and investment banking performance metrics to generate forecasts and estimates.
4. Update and restructure revenue and headcount databases using qualitative and quantitative industry information.
5. Maintain and enhance sector databases using Excel and customized analytical tools.
6. Support client initiatives related to strategy, sales franchise decisions, investor communications, and senior management reporting.

Requirements -

1. MBA/Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Statistics, or a related analytical discipline.
2. 2+ years of experience in financial research, analytics, or capital markets research.
3. Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
4. Knowledge of global capital markets and investment banking products preferred.
5. Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
