Role Details:

Managing & Supporting Finacle Application
Design Finacle to be always in high availability mode so that it is always up without any downtime
Design Finacle for highest concurrency in transaction processing & TPS
Design Finacle to work on open platforms
Managing & Supporting Finacle Application

Overall Job Description:

Good command over Finacle products with hands-on experience
In-Dept Knowledge of Finacle Scripts, customizations and Database SQLs
Strong knowledge of FI, C24, CSIS, DA, WAS and CRM
Ensure smooth and timely completions of EOD/ EOM / EOQ / EOY
Strong Finacle Assets and liability functional knowledge
Ensure overall smooth BAU activities, Patch Management & DR
24*7 availability of person being core banking application support role
Knowledge of deciphering AWR reports, Application and Middleware logs
Good Vendor Management Skills for closure of issues in timely manner
Monitoring of all service desk tickets & handling incident management of Core
Publishing and following up with teams for timely closure & providing periodically reports to Management on
Finacle Support status
Performance Optimization and fine Tuning of Application
Think forward to build robust core for digital growth

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Skills Requirement: Excellent experience in managing Application Support (Operations / Production) activities across Linux, UNIX, Shell scripting, Oracle, PL/SQL, Apache Tomcat, Weblogic, Jboss etc.
