They work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records and reports. The specific duties and responsibilities may vary depending on the company, but typically include:

Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, payments, and general ledger entries.

Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process and review invoices, verify payment details, and ensure timely payment. Prepare and send invoices to clients/customers and follow up on outstanding payments.

Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of transactions and balances.

Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets as required. Compile data and provide necessary information to support financial analysis and decision-making.

Expense Management: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and proper documentation.
