Role Overview

The role involves leading consulting engagements in the areas of compensation, rewards, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, client relationship management, and supporting business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver consulting projects across:
• Compensation & Benefits
• Rewards Strategy and Pay Design
• Organization Design & Effectiveness
• Performance Management and Scorecards
• Manage client engagements from problem definition to solution delivery
• Translate client requirements into analytical insights and actionable recommendations
• Design solutions such as pay structures, incentive plans, job evaluation frameworks, and career architectures
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support business development through proposals and client discussions
• Contribute to thought leadership, research, and knowledge development
• Lead and mentor team members

Candidate Profile

• 9+ years of relevant post-MBA experience in:
• Compensation & Benefits
• Rewards Strategy
• Talent Management / Organization Consulting
• Prior consulting experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
• Experience working on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work with senior leadership and handle complex assignments

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, or Business Administration
• MBA / PGDBM

Technical Skills

• Advanced MS Excel and data analysis skills
• Exposure to tools/techniques such as R, VBA, Predictive Analytics, or Statistical Modelling is preferred
