•  Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

•  Set clear team goals and revenue targets. Ensure that team as well as individuals achieve their revenue targets & KRAs

•  Manage the accounts with full accountability and cross team mining

•  End to end recruitment for the client opportunities

•  Avoid any client escalations & conduct weekly/bi-weekly service quality review call with the client

•  Document important client call via email

•  Accountable for ensuring that contract is signed, raising invoice & payment follow-up

•  Provide timely reports to management for review sheets, appraisals, incentive sheet etc.

•  Oversee day-to-day operation & assess the quality of deliverable.

•  Provide weekly review to employees

•  Delegate tasks and set deadlines

•  Monitor team performance and report on metrics. Quarterly reviews & yearly appraisal

•  Motivate team members and ensure that they are achieving targets

•  Brainstorming and execution on activities for company growth

•  Discover training needs and provide coaching

•  Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

•  Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments

•  Encourage creativity and risk-taking. Encourage people to take more responsibilities

•  Suggest and organize team building activities. Ensuring team participation in companywide team building activities

•  Plan for team expansion keeping attrition, performers and non performers insight. Work with HR team for hiring needs.

•  Keeping the ATS upto date & ensure compliance in the team

•  Reducing the attrition in the team

•  Promote and practice ethical, unbiased behavior

•  Aligning the goals with company s goal and vision

•  Independently call mid to senior level candidates and assess fitments through telephonic interviews

•  End to End Client Management & Engagement

•  To take initiatives for the enhancement of the firm

 Qualification

•  MBA,Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area

•  7+ year of working experience in Human Resources

•  Strong interpersonal and communication skills

•  Must have an experience in Team Handling
