Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Uploading leads received from different sources (CRM, WhatsApp, Digital, Mall) in Sampark with assignment of leads to ZSM/ASM based on branch mapping.
- Following up with the sales team (ZSM/ASM/CSH/RSH) for attending the leads on a T+1 day basis with a focus on increasing conversion rate and ensuring meaningful/logical follow-up and closure of leads.
- Providing resolution of Sampark-related issues faced by FOS/ASM/ZSM.
- Collection of feedback from the sales team and submission of progress thereof.
- Review of the converted leads by way of transaction count and transaction volume from these leads.
- Conducting periodic checks of leads marked as not interested.
- Monitoring HUB-related reporting by ASMs/ZSMs as stipulated in the SOP.
