Job Description
Role and ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive Bank Reconciliation for TCL
- Disbursement & Collection bank reconciliation for all banks
- Control GL s reconciliation
- Closely work with the team and provide the solution on day to day transactions issue.
- Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: Collections, Central Ops, finance, IT) for smooth and timely bank recon.
- Manage our banker relations.
- Build culture of
- automation.
Graduation/Post Graduation desirable

Experience in managing high volume of transactions
Preferred SkillsExcellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
Problem solving abilities
Understanding of retail asset operations
Understanding of Operations risk and its mitigants
