Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- The person will be responsible for managing one of the product level analysis including monthly/quarterly PNL of that product.
- Working on Cost optimization measures for the entity.
- Ensuring monthly review of the Products KPI & interacting with the business head, product manager, collection head etc
- Work alongwith the team for entity level Budgeting exercise & compare actuals with budget at a product level.
- Peer Analysis of KPIs
- Checking of various workings for releasing the payouts like DSA, Income sharing etc
- Expense analysis and discussion with various department heads
- Work closely with the business teams for any new product launches or scheme changes.
Preferred candidate profile:
CA with 2 -5 years post qualification experience in NBFC/HFC/Financial Services.
