Hiring: Assistant Manager Sales (Real Estate)
Location: Mumbai (Thane, North Mumbai & South Mumbai)

Experience: Minimum 1+ years in real estate sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert leads for residential and commercial projects.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Handle negotiations, documentation, and sales closures.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and share regular sales reports with senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in real estate sales within Mumbai.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
